Hi John,
have you removed the old wpDiscuz-myCRED integration code from theme's functions.php? It seems you have two codes for showing budges and ranks so you get duplicated data. Please make sure you don't have other code for myCRED integration. Keep only wpDiscuz - myCRED Integration addon.
I'm sorry but author label can't be replaced with Rank Name yet. We'll add this in our to-do list for future versions.
