MyCred integration - Responsive Layout issues

This is myCRED issue. I think caches or does not clear deleting. You should ask myCRED support to guide you. We've deleted badges using SQL Execution plugin in database.

The error comes from phrases. Please navigate to Dashboard > Comments > Phrase > Comment Tab, scroll down and make sure all role phrases have values, all should not be empty. Then save it, delete cache and test it again.

1. What do you type in the SQL Executioner to clear the badges?

2. How do I fix this error that appears when I am not logged into my site: 

"Notice: Undefined index: wc_blog_role_administrator in /home/cartshop/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpdiscuz/templates/comment/class.WpdiscuzWalker.php on line 87"

All role phrases have values

I figured out the answer to my question #2. The error is because I had the option enabled to show your username at the top of comments when you are logged in - so if you are not logged in it actually creates that error

We searched for LIKE '%mycred%' in _usermeta table for certain userid and removed all rows.
