I just installed my media uploader addon and I don't see a way to mark the comments for approval if they have photos attached. I obviously want to first approve the images, so in case people upload something stupid, other people don't get to see it straight away.
Is there a way to do this?
You should enable comment moderation. There is no a separate image approval function. WordPress has many options to set unapproved comments if a user doesn't have approved comment yet. There is also an option to not allow any comment published automatically. You can moderate all those manually.
