Hello there,
Is there a way to instead of set by default notifications to "all new follow-up comments", change set by default notifications to "Notify of new replies to all my comments". Could you please check this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/7ef8qp

I'm sorry but there isn't yet, we'll add this in our to-do list.
