Hi!

When a visitor leaves a comment then nothing happens. He did not see the comment. But the comment gets in the database. You need to refresh the page to see your comment. Also there is a strange red bar above the commenting form. Please look at the screenshot http://clip2net.com/s/3NsrdvA

Because it contains "test comment" phrase. So does it work? Do you see this comment on front-end? If you have security and caching plugins please disable and test it again.
