Both of facebook and twitter problems;
1- Social avatar not comes and delete button not work.
See please;

2- When logout page redirect to homepage, it does not stay on the same page.

FACEBOOK PROBLEMS
3- How to open popup center of the page? (Right now it's opening to the right of the screen)
4- How to open login screen our language (Now open facebook login in english)

TWITTER PROBLEMS
5- How to open login form with popup? (now open same page)
6- When logout and then login again with twitter again allow want app access (facebook cant want again access when logout-login)

wpDiscuz has no relation with this redirection. You need to find the plugin that may affect this redirection.
