I see Jetpack comment form on your website. Please deactivate if and the wpDiscuz will work fine.

I am not able to find Jetpack modules in the Dashboard or settings of Jetpack plugin. Deactivate is not visible for Jetpack plugin. How can I do that?

Hi @anikhila,

you should disable the Jetpack’s Contact Form Module. Please follow the steps below:

1. Please, navigate to Dashboard > Jetpack > Dashboard. Towards the bottom there is a link for the Debug section, click on it.

2. On the next screen, there is a link entitled “Access the full list of Jetpack modules available on your site.”. Click on it, and you are taken to a list of all modules.

From there you can disable the contact form, as well as any other module you don’t want.

Then delete all caches and check again. Press CTRL+F5 on the frontend.

There is no debug option at the bottom of the page. Let me know how to enable that option.
