Hi, great plugin.
I am having a problem where the "Notify of new replies to this comment" box is not showing for logged in users.
If I log out, it shows. Also, because the box is not showing, the user does not receive any notifications.
I have set up the plugin on a staging site running no other plugins except for wpDiscuz and running the Twenty Fifteen theme. So basically it's an out of the box setup, and it doesn't appear to be working properly.

Hi chazzzzy,
Make sure you've not subscribed to "All new comments" or to "Replies to all my comments". Enable the top subscription bar and check it. It should display "cancel Subscription" link.
If you're already subscribed to "all comments" or to "comments to your all replies" you'll not see the" certain reply subscription" option, it'll be automatically hidden.

Hi chazzzzy,
We just found some issue with this. It's already fixed. We've already updated wpDiscuz repository without new version release. Please deactivate, delete and install wpDiscuz again. It should be fixed.
