Hi there, is there a way to send notifications to the owner of the post or listing when someone leave a comments in their post?

This is native WordPress option and feature. It's located in Dashboard > Settings > Discussion admin page. For more question please open a support topic in wordpress.org support forum, this doesn't have direct relation to wpDiscuz plugin, this is a core WordPress function and you'll get the best support on WordPress support forum.
