is there a shortcode to add under specific pages i want to display and enable comments?
I want to enable comments and display on a particular page, can i do it? Also is there a way to display the recent comments in my footer?

Hi sam,
There is not any shortcode for this purpose, but you can use the default built-in Wordpress settings to enable/disable comments per page. Please see this screenshot:
