Your plugin seems to be great for me. I've just activated and tested your plugin and IÂ need a help to solve two issues.

You would get the "Subscribe Confirmation" email after you've submitted a comment with the subscription checkbox.
It means you can not get the an user's reply email until you confirm the subscription. Can I disable this confirmation email?

I'm sorry that I can not find 'delete' button for my comments. Could I please know where the button is?
