I was having many translations on WPdiscuz plugin made with Loco translate plugin.
Last day I updated WPdiscuz and now I lost all the translations I did.
How can I solve this witouth translating everything again?

I think Loco translate stores translation files in wpDiscuz plugin files, so it should be lost. You should download the according files from wpDiscuz /languages/ folder or send it us to allow us put it in core. You should ask this question to Loco translate support for more information.
