I am currently using CommentLuv, and I can't find any info about exporting from there, and then can't find info on how to import into wpDiscuz?

Any documentation out there?

I'm sorry but there isn't. You should migrate CommentLuv to WordPress, then all comments will be automatically integrated with wpDiscuz. wpDiscuz doesn't have separate database, it use the default WordPress comments database tables. Please try search for a simple CommentLuv to WordPress Migration ways.
