Hello,
For some reason I am showing a duplicate voting option. Any ideas on how to remove it?

I am also not getting the sorting options even though it is enabled in the settings.

I figured out the duplicate voting. Still wondering on the sorting though.

You've enabled the default comment pagination. wpDiscuz sorting buttons are not available for this pagination type. Please navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Discussions admin page and uncheck "Break comments into pages with ... " checkbox:
