I installed WpDiscuz on my website and I tried it on two Themes. It does not appear at all on the front end of my website.

Also please note, wpDiscuz is WordPress default comment extension. Make sure your default comment form exists when wpDiscuz is deactivated. If it doesn't exists then wpDiscuz has no chance to be loaded.
