Is it possible to delete it ?, since I am not interested in having any Facebook in my blog.

That's the facebook share button. Please navigate in Dashboard > Comments > Hide/Show Tab find the share buttons option and click on facebook icon to make it grey and inactive, than save options.

No, wpDiscuz doesn't have other Facebook components.
