Hi!
I just updated all my WPDiscuz plugins last night, purged all caches, etc., but when I go in to edit my forms, I still don't see the option to add an agreement checkbox on the comment subscription bar as covered in your instructions here.
Any ideas of how to make that option show up so I can select it to add to my subscription bar?

This is not available yet. It comes with the 5.1.3 version as described in documentation. the current version is 5.1.2.
