customize rating system - integrate with post average rating

Hello, I'm planning to use wpDiscuz to implement festival participation information rating function

Like Google Play, I want to be able to enter a rating only once when I enter a comment, so I want to calculate and show the average rating of the post (festival information)

wpDiscuz comment function is nice!

So, if possible, we will continue to use additional functions such as the reply function.

Is the above question possible with the basic function (including addon) setting? Do I need customize?
