Hi,

if a user subscribes to comments, he receives a confirmation message.
The Confirmation Link looks like:
https://www.ralf-kerkhoff.de/artikel/wordpress/gmedia-galerie/?wpdiscuzUrlAnchor&wpdiscuzConfirmID=11&wpdiscuzConfirmKey=123456789&wpDiscuzComfirm=yes

 

The problem I have ist, that after clicking the confirmation link the opened webseite stays at the beginning of the site and does not scroll to the anchor.
The user has to scroll down to see the success message.

any ideas what happens here ?

Hi Ralf,

It seems some plugin or current active theme remove the anchor from URL. Could you please deactivate plugins one by one and check after each deactivation? Then switch to some default theme and check again. 

Please keep the cache plugin deactivated during the testing process.
