Hello,

I'm running into a problem --

When users post new comments, the comment counter on the post itself is increasing incrementally to display the correct number of comments, but the main blogroll does not update its comment count. So someone might see a post on the main blogroll that says it has 1 comment, when in reality it has 5.

Initially, we were running into a problem in which some comments weren't displaying at all on the post (interestingly, they'd display if we were logged in, but not if we were logged out). The issue wasn't entirely dissimilar from the one discussed here:

https://gvectors.com/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/comments-missing-with-wpdiscuz/

We implemented the fix suggested in that thread (using the "refresh comment optimization" button, then clearing the cache twice) and it made the comments show up properly and temporarily made the comment counts correct in all instances, but it didn't completely fix the issue -- when new comments were added, the showed up (and the post comment counter increased) but the comment counter on the blogroll remained the same.

For now we've unchecked all the "Display comment form for post types" boxes, so the plugin is essentially disabled. Comment counts are correct across the board again, but we don't get the benefits of the plugin anymore, of course.

Any ideas on how to fix? Thanks!

Yes, the URL is  http://spinsucks.com/ -- however we've got the plugin disabled right now. Perhaps we can coordinate a time to reactivate the plugin for a short time to test.

thealliancelabs,

Ok fine, but we need active plugin in order to see/check the issue. Is there any way to activate the plugin for a short period of time?

Hi thealliancelabs,

Ok thanks. We see. However, as far as we have checked through your posts, the comment count is correct. Could you please send us example of the issue you see?
