Can a user follow a specific comment they did not originally post?

In the wpDiscuz docs I see an entry at  https://wpdiscuz.com/docs/wpdiscuz-documentation/settings/email-subscription/#user_follow  that says "commenters can follow certain user comments" but I don't see an option for this in the plugin settings.

• I see an option for users to follow another user in order to be notified when that user leaves a comment.
• I see an option for a user to follow/be notified if there is a reply to their own comment.
• I see an option for a user to follow/be notified of all new comments left on a particular post/page.

Is there a way for a user to follow a certain comment? I.e a user could click a button such as "follow this comment," (on a comment posted by another user) and then be notified of any reply made to that comment?
