@dprenvip,

Please navigate to Dashboard > Comments > Settings > General admin page and just click the "Save Changes" button and check one more time.

If it doesn't help, please send the admin login details with your website URL to info[at]gvectors.com email address to allow us to check it.

I have installed this plugin for a while, and then I deleted it. Now I have found that the reinstallation is not displayed. Is the main data that was installed before has been written to my server?

@dprenvip,

As we've mentioned here the wpDiscuz uses the default WordPress comment storage system. All comments are on your database and all comments are manageable in Dashboard > Comments admin page. Nothing will be lost if you deactivate the plugin.

@elvina

Will my settings in wpDiscuz form a form and store it in my database? Because this may be the reason why the comment box is not displayed after reinstallation.
