Tell me, please, why if the moderation of messages is enabled, along with the information that the message is moderation is shown and the body of the message itself. Logically, it should not be so?

I'm sorry, for worrying. I did not realize at once that the message, which only I see on the moderation, is as the author of the message. If you clean the cookie wc_moderate_comments_99, then everything returns to normal.

Yes, only author of the unparroved comment can see it. It's not available for other visitors and members.
