Tell me, please, is there somewhere in the settings or maybe in paid add-ons the ability to change users who have the ability to subscribe to notifications about new comments?
Is it possible to remove the ability to subscribe from unregistered users?
Is it possible to remove the ability to subscribe to users of certain roles (subscriber, author, other roles that can be added, for example, using the plug-in User Role Editor)?

The only way I can suggest you is using disabling email notifications for certain user groups using the wpdiscuz_email_notification hook.
I'm really sorry, but wpDiscuz doesn't have such functionality and addon.
