1. Why can not I see the correct icon?
2. How do I translate "Please Login to Comments"? It's not in the phrases
3. Why I do not work through social access ВКонтакте?

4. How to change the icon design Facebook?

Except for wpDiscuz on your website, there loads other two Font Awesome (from Font Awesome CDN and from event plugin). This also changes Facebook login button style. See screenshot.
