Уже второй раз провайдер блокирует сайт из-за плагина, точнее нагрузки которую он даёт на сайт. Плагин создает нагрузку в 1000СP.

There are two options to get it resolved:
You should either disable the live update or increase the value of the live update option and set it, for example, 1 minute or more.
Those options are located in the Dashboard > Comments > Settings > Live Update admin page.
