Hi Kevin,

as far s I see you're talking about built-in simple captcha, this topic is opened for reCAPTCHA addon. Please make sure you don't have other captcha plugins installed, those may conflict with wpDiscuz CAPTCHA.

Hi Tom,

I'm having the same problem: the reCAPTCHA is not appearing on my site, but I can't for the life of me figure out why.

I installed the plugin via Wordpress; activated the plugin and then inputted the Google site keys.

I've ensure that the reCaptcha has to be visible for both guests and signed in but it's not working.

The plugin is looking for the reCaptcha to appear - people cannot currently comment because the form will not complete as the reCaptcha has not been clicked.

I have disabled other captchas on the site, but there's bound to be something I've not seen.

Welcome thoughts!

Best wishes

Phil

I've fixed it - disabled another plugin that I thought might be causing the issue. Phew!

I have no idea about programming, so forgive me if I'm asking the moon and then some ... but if there is a way of making this plugin compatible with other contact forms etc that would be appreciated and save me from tearing hair out!

Thank you for your time and help.

Best wishes

Phil
