Forum Lagging?

hours ive been working on this!!!! !hours!!! and no fix! im piiiisssseeeeedddd!!!!

Click on the logo, take you to a forum, whihc is mine, but no the uptodate one. Click the forum sing in the green menu, and that takes you to the old one too, 

click the one in the black bar, correct forum!!!

w*f is going on! im going to be and i have to leave my forum broken! Im gonna wake up to an answer to this question right? Im just about to delete my whole website and f**k this s**t off!!!

Back again, can't sleep because I can't leave my website in this state lol. I know you're all sleeping but maybe I can get some answers for when I wake up.

i posted again just to test. It didn't show up again....

it doesn't show in the thread, but it shows that I have commented in the recent posts section of the forum. 

But not on the side bar, 

its as if, each page slowly catches up with each other? Do you have any idea what's causing this?

Please read this doc and make sure you've done correctly all steps:

Also please delete all caches:

1. Navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page, click on [Delete all cahches]

2. If you use some cache plugins, delete this plugins caches as well

right, I'm done then, I'm deleting the forum, and the plug ins and add ons, I just get too many problems,

Ive followed the instructions for home page, deleted all caches, removed all plug in, and it still doesn't work

i didn't buy these add ons because I like puzzle games ffs! I bought them because I want them to work on my website!!

Could you please delete Rocket cache and totally disable this plugin during this support period. Please do that and let me know what problem you still have.

Sorry, I was writing post on my website fr 8 hours yesterday, went to finish my day, then came across these issues and spent hours more trying to fix those. It can get very frustrating, im sure you understand, ill watch my language in future posts.

Ill try getting rid of the rocket plugin now and get some work done to see if i can fix these issues

After disabling Rocket plugin, please don't forget delete browser cache, just press Ctrl+F5 twice o forum front-end where you're currently checking.

it was auto optimise causing the issues i think...... How can i get that plug in to work along side the forum with no issues? I cant just have WPforro plug in and nothing else, i need to be able to speed up my site and have nice menus. 

Auto optimise or WProcket keep my site fast, without them i will loose google ranking. Any ideas on how i can get them to work in conjunction with one another, or do i just have to click test, click test, click test until I find the problem? Is there not an easier less time consuming way?

Just enable WP Rocket,

Then exclude the home page and the main forum page percysgrowroom.com/forum/ :

Then delete all caches, logout, press CTRL+F5 on forum front end, check all issues. Then login and check all again.

wpForo has a builtin cache system, it works well for the forum part so you don't need to enable cache and optimizer plugins for forum pages, those plugins always do wrong cache for forum.
