Your question doesn't have any relation to this topic, thus I've opened a new support topic regarding your issue.
Please register some new testing user and send the user's login details with your forum URL to info[at]gvectors.com email address to allow us to check it.
Also please provide us a little more about the issue? And when exactly are you running into this error message?

i did what was requested & sent the email to your support email account with login details , when the problem comes about etc..
Also i notice people can purchase all the addons for wpdiscuz but not for wpforo , is there going to be a change soon so we can purchase them all in one go & is it possible to pay every 2 or 3 years instead of yearly ?

Can you create this possibility or is this set in stone? elmentor pro & other page builders /themes have lifetime membership, why can't gvectors ? if someone has multiple websites or more , it can be a pain in the a.. trying to keep up with yearly subscriptions & worst case you forget & next thing you know your site is not operating as it should be & have to figure out why each time .
