I am transitioning out of Wordpress and need to import my data to my new website database.

We are looking for a way to take the comments to the blog with us as well.

Is it possible to import comments from wpDiscuz to native wordpress and assign appropriate user and post ids to each of them? I will then only have to worry about importing Wordpress to the new website.

Please note: wpDiscuz doesn't have a separate database, it uses the default WordPress comments database tables.

Does wpDiscuz create an account for the comment author in WordPress or it will use their account?

No, wpDiscuz doesn't create any own accounts. It creates an account only if you use Social login, and account information is saved on WordPress default tables.
