Hi,

 

At the moment I am on wpForo v. 1.x. I don't have a plan yet for when I will upgrade to wpForo v. 2.x.

 

My question is, should I renew the payment for support for the addons I previously purchased for wpForo v. 1.x, will I still get support?

Hi @fawp,

It's not about that we won't try to help you, it's more about how can we help you with the problems of old versions.

Let's say you are using an old version of the addon and have an issue which has been fixed in the new version which you don't have, we won't be able to help you there. And that's just a small example.

We would provide support but it would be restricted because of the changes in new versions of the addon.
