I have a clean install and can't find any way to make this show up on pages, only posts.  I see a lot of people asking for help with this but not a single verified answer. All of your instructions fade away from pages and end up talking about posts. I have tried all of your recommended solutions and none apply. Why is this so hard?? Why is there nothing in the directions?? If answers are out there I was not able to find them.

If you mean wpDiscuz, please navigate in Dashboard to Comments > Forms and edit the Default Form then enable this form for Pages.

Sorry, I should have posted that it was for Discuz. I finally did find that in the forms section and got it to show up.  I think I found it in a question about including another kind of page but it applied.  I had some question on how the voting system works as well. I can post a new question unless you have a quick link to something.
