I can insert the short code for Inline Commenting in my posts, but in the post preview and later on the published articel, no Inline Commenting box is shown. I have tested several settings in the options menue without success. How can I fix this?
Hi @thd.
Please let us know which editor you use to edit posts. For example, the Classic Editor, Gutenberg, Elementor, etc.
@thd,
Please send the admin login details to info[at]gvectors.com email address. The developers check it for you.
@elvina for sure not. I will not give admin login to my website to a stranger! The used theme is WP 2012 with classic editor and TinyMCE plugin. I can send you a list of my installed plugins if that would be helpfull.
@thd,
We need the login details for check and find the reason of the issue. I'm really sorry but in this case, there is no way to detect the issue and provide some solution for you.
I found a solution: it was a css issue. By default some parts of the site had the "overflow:hidden;" value. Changed it to "visible".
