I'm using a plugin schema which outputs comments schema structured data. But now its not working after I have installed WpDiscuzz.

Make sure to configure all the options correctly & that's it.

I don't think this is a correct place for searching support to this issue. I'd recommend contact to shema plugin support. Maybe this is just a wrong configuration issue.
