A WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editor has become the norm across a wide array of sites. It's pretty rare to encounter code (which feels pretty archaic to modern users), and I fear it will both limit my visitors and turn them off from commenting. Which goes against the whole point of choosing wpDiscuz for me.
I'm sure technical limitations are a lot of what led to the choice, but a simple WYSIWYG bar and comment area (as we see in these forums) would do wonders for my satisfaction as a user, and would prevent me from exploring alternatives.

We've already planned to make comment field WYSIWYG and it will be available in near future releases.

There is no an exact date, but it's planned by end of this year (next month).
