Hi,
Some users have reported duplicate comments appearing and I have also seen this issue myself.  I believe this is related to the Live Update functionality.  We are using the "Always check for new comments and show update buttons" setting.  I believe that after the button is pressed, duplicate comments are sometimes displayed.  That is, some comments are appearing multiple times.  I saw this in the Brave browser, but one of my users saw this in Firefox.
Best Regards,

Hi,
To my knowledge there are no caching plugins installed.  I don't believe the server is doing any caching at any level of the stack.
Regards,

Hi,
I can try to capture the behavior and send you a screenshot if this is what you are looking for.  Otherwise I think I will need to create an account for you on the website, as I believe that Live Update is only working for logged in users?  If you would like an account, please email me directly.
Best Regards,
