Being able to add Animated Stickers ( like the one's found here: https://lottiefiles.com/animated-stickers?page=4 ) would be awesome.

You can use your custom animated Stickers and add those via Sticker Image URL in Custom stickers section. Just make sure they are giphy. In the example you've provided all animations are being made via JS codes, thus you cannot use it.
