My Emoticons plugin ended up like this after my host provider upgraded to PHP 8.2:

I also changed to a new theme, but my guess is that it is PHP 8.2 that is the problem. What do you think?

@masteraeon,

Could you please test with the other theme?

Unfortunately not. It is not compatible with PHP 8.2.

@masteraeon,

Please purge all kind of caches of WP-Optimize plugin, then disable it temporary. Then go to front-end, press Ctrl+F5 to reload all CSS/JS files and check it again.

Without WP-Optimize, it works. Well spotted. However disabling the cahce is not an option so I have to disable the Emoticons plugin instead. Is there something you will try to fix?

@masteraeon,

You can disable some function of WP-Optimize plugin. E.g. CSS optimization, if it doesn't help, disable the JS optimization. If nothing helps, just change the Cache plugin. There are lots of good alternatives. You can also contact the WP-Optimize support.
