Hi, I am using the Author and Post Statistic Widgets Pro, version 2.0.0, from 3 months.
In recent months, everything seems to work, my setting is: Count post view by = IP (for each day) and in fact whenever (USING MY PC) I am going to see a post the first time in a day the counter increases by 1, perfect.
Honestly, lately, the accesses appeared low, but I thought that was the fault of the summer... but today I discovered that a post (of one our author) linked by facebook has had great success, dozens of shares and likes.
So I went to check my log files and I counted hundreds of referers from FB... but under the post only 9 visits in a day. I also check the ips, and I saw the most are from mobile... of course I save the log file and I can send it to you.
On my server I use the PageSpeed module: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/module/ if this perhaps can help to resolve the issue.
Of course I can give you the admin data for the site, for the db, for what you want, but trust me, 300-400 visitors and 9 counted is not possible.
Thank you!
Augusto
For me the plugin does not count the accesses coming from facebook... but I know it does not make sense!
Just an update, this are the data
from log and site for the first 17 hours of todaym thank you!
Hi Augusto,
It seems you have specific issue. However, please send us your admin access to this email: support[at]gvectors.com
We will wait for.
Done, thank you!
Thanks Augusto,
We are checking.
Augusto,
Could you send us images from pc and mobile?
Well, I sent you via email yesterday... have you received them?
Let me know if you need more information or images, thank you!
Augusto
Ps have you received my message about the Activation Key?
Hi Augusto,
We think that the issue comes from WP super cache plugin. You should check from its settings or some plugin conflict.
Also, we have deactivated all plugins except APSW and our plugin works perfect.
Please take a look at attached files from PC and mobile.
However, we have seen that you did not activate the plugin, if you need please do it.
Yes... you are right, without the WP super cache plugin it works perfectly.
I thought it was a cache issue but I was stubborn with the pagespeed module.
So a very big thank you!!
For me it is resolved, but I open another discussion because I have an important doubt about the wp_sw_statistics table. Thx again.
Augusto
Hi Augusto,
Ok thanks. But could you please tell us what doubt do you have with wp_sw_statistics table?
