One of my users alerted me to the fact that our forum is not allowing them to attach DOC or PDF file types to their private messages. I confirmed I am able to do so from my account (as an administrator) but I cannot do it from their account. I also checked the forum permissions for their access type and usergroup, and all permissions having to do with attachments are selected. Attached please find a screenshot of the error they are receiving. Can you let me know how I can fix this? Thanks.
