Enable user quota

I'm sorry, but I don't follow you. Could you please explain more in detail what you mean? 

I would like to limit the amount of storage space for the users so they can not keep an unlimited number of messages. Possibly limit them to 100 messages or a specific amount of data usage.

• Maximum number of contacts per day
• Max number of personal messages per user during one day
