I have translated all the language strings via the wpforo "phrases" system, but the tooltips of the icons that are showed on top of the "new conversation" screens cannot be translated via the phrases.

Is there another way to do it?
Also what happens If I ever uninstall the private message's plugin? The phrases I have translated would be deleted as well form the database?
