Would I be able to achieve this:

- I need members only to be able to vote

Yes, you can. The permission allowing to vote is located in the Forum Accesses ( Forums > Settings > Forum Accesses ):

Yes, it works like that by default.

- I need the results to be shown in a particular future date and NOT before

There is no way to set a date, but you can prevent viewing the result by Forum Accesses mentioned above.

- I need the name of the member to show next to the votation

This doesn't exist. You cannot show voter names.

- I need multiple votes, normally three votes within several options per member

Yes, you can create a poll with multiple option voting.

- I need IDEALLY (but not necesarely) to show in the order that they been voted. ie, giving somehow a higer calification to the options they vote first, then the second option, then the third

No way.

The problem is that what I need do not seem to exist in your addons and I thought somehow I could make a solution of this poll feature even not being the ideal thing

What I really need is something, which triggered by the member somehow within the text box, will hide said post until a setup date and time in which said posts will become visible. All posts that used such feature will become visible at the same day and time

That way each championship participant (and none participants too) could write a "normal text post" giving different scores to a number of participants in whichever order they feel like it

But by being hidden, nobody post will have any influence among the other members vote. All votes will be hidden and they will show up just once the votation time-limit is over

Do you understand what I need?

Because if you do you can maybe advice me if I can use any of your add ons to achieve more or less what I need
