I installed this plug-in and it crashed the site. I had to rename the plug-in and delete it to get the site back up.

How do we resolve the crashing issue with the polls add on?

It seems the addon was not uploaded completely and some files have been damaged during the installation. Please find the error.log file in your server fie system and let us know the errors.
You can also check the Dashboard > Forums > Debug > Errors & Issues Tab.
