And finally, and of course I realise this is not a normal question AT ALL :), is there any chance you perhaps gave me a partial refund - deactivating my key obviously - maybe half of it, towards the buy of another of your products?

This is not good to me. Not for this website and not for other I could build in a lifetime. But of course this its not your fault AT ALL, is mine
