When I click on an image to view it in a lightbox, many of them show the wrong image.

How can I prevent this from happening?
This is a post specific issue, the addon works fine. You've damaged the attachments by moving or copy/pasting them. The attachments wrapper tags are not there, so the image slider always stars from the first image of this post. Here is the problem:
I'm sorry, but we cannot help you with this. You should create a post with more care and don't damage attached files. This post can be fixed, if you edit it, remove the files once by one and add attach them again. Here is a simple flow how to insert attachments in posts:
