When I click on an image to view it in a lightbox, many of them show the wrong image.

How can I prevent this from happening?
This is a post specific issue, the addon works fine. You've damaged the attachments by moving or copy/pasting them. The attachments wrapper tags are not there, so the image slider always stars from the first image of this post. Here is the problem:
