Hey,

can you provide a way to insert attachements as links to download / show them in a new tab / window instead of showing a thumbnail of them directly in a post (e.g. images).

Clarification: If I upload a pdf file and insert it in a post, there is a link (without a thumbnail / preview of the pdf) and the viewer can download it. But if I upload an image and insert it in a post, it will be shown. But sometimes I want to add a list of images without showing them, just insert a list of links to the images. Is there a way to achive this at the moment or is it possible to add an attribute to the shortcode to prevent showing a thumbail? That would be a cool feature.

regards,
Kasalop
