Its possible to get some sort of refund or part of, towards the purchase of another one, for an addon I bought thinking would be something different (the emoticons) and which I am not going to use at all. Just does not match my website, its way too childist and it "brakes" the text aligment for a formal writting on top of that?

If say I buy this addon at a later date and by them I already have a number X of images on the forum.... by the future time when I buy this product, will still manage to associated any "previous" image with its forum member or will only keep the files/members from the minute its installed and forward?
I'm sorry but not. The addon doesn't import previous images to user specific media libraries.
