Hi,

I have installed the plugin into a private forum but when the attachment button is pressed the pop up window simply displays the loading spinning bubbles and a blue bar along the top.

I have tried turning other plugins on and off - the ones I am running are:

Askimet

Contact form 7

Custom user profile

Disable REST

Ecwid shopping cart

Forum wpforo

Galleries by angie makes

W3 Total Cache

Wordfence Security

WP-Members

wpForo Advanced Attachments

Wordpress 4.7.5

Running Shoreditch Theme

The site is www.veteranvespaclub.com.

Please, can you let me know what may be the issue as I need the attachments to work as soon as possible?

Could you please disable other plugins one by one and check it. This is a plugin conflict. Also please PM me some user login details to allow us login and debug JS conflicts.
