Hello - We have been trying to resolve this issue for weeks.

Please find our emails, login and activate our addon which we paid for.

Your support staff replied as follows:

Hi Soft-Designs,
You're using a wrong email address. You should have contacted info@gvectors.com not to support@gvectors.com.
Thank you

@soft-designs,

We see you've renamed the addons folder. The addon folder name should be /wpdiscuz-widgets/. In your case it's /wppdiscuz-widgets/ Also, make sure it's not doubled and there isn't a folder with the same name as this: /wpdiscuz-widgets/wpdiscuz-widgets/

We did not rename anything. We certainly did not rename the addons folder. We don't really feel comfortable going in and renaming your plugin folders.  We have paid for this plugin and we have made no file name changes whatsoever.

We sent you the login information so that your staff could fix this issue.

Would it be possible for your staff to log in to our site and fix this issue?

@soft-designs,

Please just deactivate the addon, delete it, then download it again from your gVectors.com account page, install and activate the addon. It should work fine.

Hello - Thanks for the suggestion 😍

If we deactivate and delete the "wpDiscuz - Widgets" addon, will we lose our data, or any data associated with the addon?

We will be glad to follow your instructions, but we just want to make sure we don't lose any valuable historic comment data.

@soft-designs,

Nothing will be lost. You can deactivate the plugin and delete it without worries.
